    CLICK HERE     to download.
    (If the unit is clearly totaled like the one pictured above, reach out to an Account Manager to discuss options on a new unit, Attenuator Truck or interim Rental TMA.)

  2. Return the Completed Post-Impact Survey
    Email the survey to your J-Tech Account Manager or to repairs@jtechusa.com.

  3. Schedule Your Repair
    Your Account Manager will work with you to schedule your repair. In the meantime, you can order the parts you need on J-Tech's Scorpion Parts Page.

  4. Get your truck back on the job saving more lives!

I need to place a warranty claim. What is the process?

J-Tech is an Authorized Scorpion Attenuator Dealer and expert repair facility, ready to service your warranty claims and repair needs. 3 easy steps will get your claim submitted:

  1. Document Your Issue
    Send pictures and a description of the problem to your J-Tech Account Manager or email to service@jtechusa.com.

  2. Choose Your Repair Timeline:
    1. Proceed with repairs immediately.
    2. Wait for TrafFix to verify warranty claim first.


  3. Your TMA gets back on the job!

Throughout the entire process, your J-Tech Account Manager will be in contact with you to keep you updated on the status of your warranty or the repairs on your unit. Trust J-Tech to get your TMA back on the road and protecting your workers!
