The COSTARS program provides municipalities, agencies and PA authorities collectively known as “Members” a variety of choices and competitive pricing across a platform of 39 categories of goods and services.
The greatest benefit to members is the elimination of the time and expense needed to hold a public bidding process. Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS) manages the COSTARS procurement platform. As a Pennsylvania COSTARS #25 contracted Vendor we supply you with offerings from three product categories: Body Upfits, Lifts, and Trailers. We supply a complete line of Highway Safety Work Vehicles including TMA (Truck Mounted Attenuator Trucks), Pattern Trucks, and Safety Trucks. We have a line of Safety Baskets that can be purchased through this contract to help you with setting up your work zones efficiently and safely.
